1. Service and eligibility

This free beta is open to the first 30 new studios. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the studio. These terms, the data processing terms and your submitted registration identify our agreement. We record the accepted version and date.

2. Accounts

Keep your individual access key private. We store its hash and cannot recover the original key. Contact email is not automatically verified. Report a lost or compromised key promptly; recovery requires proportionate evidence of account ownership, not merely knowledge of an email address. Maintain an accurate contact email for service notices.

3. Your files

You retain your rights. You instruct us to store and organize your files, generate previews and deliver downloads to your account. This does not grant us permission to publish your work, advertise with it or train our own models on it. Upload only material you are entitled to process. Do not upload identity documents, financial credentials, health or other sensitive personal data, illegal content, or unnecessary client addresses and identifiable people. We may restrict unlawful or harmful content and explain the decision where legally permitted. Report a problem or allegedly illegal content to our contact email, identifying the affected material and the reason.

4. Capacity and availability

New workspaces have a 1 GB limit, including previews. The pilot also has a shared capacity limit, so uploads may stop before your individual quota is reached. Uploads support the document, image, drawing, 3D and archive formats listed in the upload form, within the available workspace capacity. JPG, PNG and WebP receive previews. PDF pages can be previewed in your browser. Other supported files are stored for download without archive extraction. Public Google Drive and Yandex Disk links can be inspected and imported at your request. Imports copy files into your workspace, use its quota, and do not delete the source. The beta accepts up to 200 files per import within the available storage quota. Private links, provider download restrictions and Google native documents may not be supported. Keep independent copies. This is a beta without an uptime guarantee, but this does not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. There are no payments, automatic charges or automatic conversion to a paid plan.

5. AI and support

AI runs only when you request it. For project descriptions it receives your submitted text and up to 80 filenames. In the CHUMA image labeling test, requesting automatic room labels also sends reduced image previews to OpenRouter and Google Gemini. Original photographs and 3D models are not sent for room labeling. You may edit the resulting labels. Review suggestions before saving; they can be inaccurate. Do not put sensitive or unnecessary personal data into the prompt. The privacy notice identifies the external services involved.

Authorized administrators may access a workspace where necessary to investigate a reported problem, correct project metadata, restore a project from Trash, or address a security incident. This is part of providing support; a separate access permission button is not required. Administrators must record a specific reason and limit access to the affected data. The support interface permits previews and metadata corrections but blocks original and ZIP downloads, uploads, AI requests and permanent deletion. Support actions are logged. Access for curiosity, marketing, portfolio use, sale or model training is prohibited. Viewing a preview necessarily transmits that preview to the administrator's browser. Infrastructure administrators retain technical access beyond these interface controls and are subject to the same purpose and confidentiality restrictions.

6. Leaving, switching and deletion

You may stop using the beta and request account closure at any time. Original files are downloadable individually or in folder or project ZIP parts; project metadata can be exported as JSON. Contact us for account records or help transferring data to another service. We charge no export or switching fees. We will agree a transition date promptly, normally complete assistance within 30 calendar days, and provide at least 30 days after the agreed transition for retrieval before deleting remaining data, unless you request earlier deletion. We cannot guarantee another service will import every field or reproduce our functions.

Projects stay in Trash for 30 days unless you choose permanent deletion earlier. Permanent deletion blocks access, then removes cloud files in background batches. Account closure and backup cleanup are handled by support as described in the privacy notice. Planned closure of this beta will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Urgent security measures or legal orders may require earlier restrictions.

7. Changes and applicable law

We will notify you of material changes in advance through your contact email or an account notice. Broader processing purposes or new charges will not be introduced through a silent policy change. Danish law applies, without removing mandatory protections or access to courts and regulators available under applicable law. Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it.
